Descrição/Abstract
This document has been written for the management purpose of investigating various sustainable financing methods for the QNP and evaluating their potential impact over the period 2009-2019. The Business Plan begins with an overview of the park, followed by a review of the first Business Plan of the QNP from 2003 and a detailed look at the actual financial situation from both the cost and revenue side. The general conclusion reached is that due to lack of good data at the time, the 2003 Business Plan was somewhat optimistic in its revenue projections while understating actual operational costs.
